  GLOSSARY
 

Ace Strapped
The method of wrapping the penis in an Ace Bandage to promote flaccid gains.

A.D.S.
The acronym for all day stretchers.

Advanced

A higher level of exercise

A-Stretch
An original stretch that involves a dual fulcrum method of stretching. The stretch, when set up correctly, resembles the letter “A”.

Average

Referring to what the majority of the population has for size.

Basic Jelq

This describes the original exercise that entails forcing blood through the penis for enlargement.

B.D.D.

The acronym for Body Dysmorphic Disorder

BP
The acronym for bone pressed

Bone pressed erect

In an erect state measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans.

Bone pressed flaccid stretch
This is the preferred measurement to track gains. In a flaccid state stretch your penis straight out in front of you. The measurement is taken from the public bone to the tip of the glans.

Bruising
To injure the underlying soft tissue of the penis without breaking the skin.

Bundled Blasters
A original exercise where the penis is twisted in it’s flaccid state and applied to the DLD Blaster exercise.

C-Jelq
An original exercise that focuses on a “C” movement that encapsulates the jelq and bend in one fluent motion.

Cementing
This is the process of making gains permanent.

Circumference
The measurement of girth.

Circumcised

To remove the foreskin of a male.

Clock Bends
An original exercise where the penis is slightly bent in its erect state to create pressure and girth.

Color Inconsistencies
Discoloration that may occur from penis enlargement exercises.

Concentration

The act or process of concentrating, especially the fixing of close, undivided attention.

Corpora Cavernosa

The two chambers that run the length of the penis on either side, which are filled with spongy tissue. When you're aroused, blood flows into the spaces in the corpora cavernosa and causes them to expand, which results in your penis becoming erect.

Corpus spongiosum

The column on the underside of the penis, which contains the urethra.

Counter Stretches
An original exercise utilizing a counter top in the method of stretch.

Crank
The twisting rotary motion of a stretch

Curvature

A slight to extreme bend in the penis. (Also see Peyronie’s disease)

Any information pertaining to change in penis size

This is an original exercise that utilizes a double jelq method followed by a slight bend.

DLD

The acronym for Doublelongdick ;)

DLD Blasters
This is an original exercise that uses kegels and reverse kegel during stretching to maximize intensity.

Dorsal Artery
The corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum receive blood from the dorsal artery.

Dual Fulcrum
An original stretch that utilizes 2 hands where they stretch in opposite direction.

E.D.
The acronym for erectile dysfunction

Ejaculation

The expulsion of seminal fluid from the urethra of the penis during orgasm.

Erection

Fatigue

A tiring effort or activity to aid in stretching.

Flaccid

Glans

Hand Breadth

The width measurement of the hand.

In a middle position or state

Isolated Compression Squeeze

OK Grip
The grip used in many penis enlargement exercises. This is when the fore finger and thumb encircle the penis.
